We take walk-ins but would prefer if you could set an appointment ahead of time. This would avoid disruption of schedule and minimize wait times for you and other patients

Appointment day:

Please arrive 5-10 mins earlier to your scheduled appointment time to allow us time to check in.

We value our patients time and try our best to keep up with the schedule. However, if you may have to wait, please be patient. It is only because the patient before you took longer than expected. We want you to understand that we value quality care rather than quantity.

Appointment cancellation/ re-scheduling:

If you must re-schedule/ cancel your appointment, please give us the courtesy of letting us know least 1 day in advance. Remember that your missed appointment may have been utilized by someone else in need of care.
